• Submit business bank statements covering the three months prior to your application.
• **Please Note: If you lack merchant volume and processing history, the owner or signer must demonstrate a strong financial balance sheet to secure a reasonable processing volume.
• ** UW will require owner or signer to: Include personal bank statements for the signer or owner for the three months prior to this merchant application. A Pre- reserve may be required
• Upload a clear front and back copy of the driver’s license.
• Upload ownership proof of url and/or domain name.
• Provide a PDF copy of your existing chargeback data analytics service (e.g., RDR, Verifi, CDRN) with an active mitigation contract. If you do not have one, we will provide this service for you.
